So much of the work and energy that we put into inversions is done right side up. Learning to fully engage and move from the complete core can truly transform your practice, both on and off the mat. In this 1.5 hour session, we will introduce and activate all areas of your core vessel, interweaving the power of the breath and slow, sticky movements to help develop graceful strength during and between postures. Expect to hone in on the body as a whole, moving consciously through strength building drills, unique, but efficient transitions, and pulling from these new skills as we lightly explore the art of balancing on our hands through some of the most effective arm balances. All levels welcome, and great for those just looking to start their inversion practice, as well as those interested in diving deeper.
