FAQ

Q: What do I get with my ticket?

A: Each ticket gives you different benefits. The Full Weekend tickets allows you to attend the opening night workshop as well as all sessions on Saturday and Sunday. The Weekend Only tickets gives you access to sessions on Saturday and Sunday and finally Day tickets are for each day only.

Q: How do I buy a ticket?

A: Click on the TICKETS link

STEP 1: Select your ticket(s) and click "Order now".

STEP 2: Fill in the registration fields. Make sure you fill in details for ALL attendees. If you are buying more than one ticket we will ask you to fill in a separate form for each participant.

Q: How do I schedule workshops, talks and classes?

A: Workshops, talks and classes are all first come, first served. Rooms are large but space is limited.

Q: Will there be tickets available to buy on the day?

A: No, there will be no ticket sales on site. You must purchase a ticket prior to the event.

Q: When should I arrive and leave?

A: Give yourself at least 30min to arrive and settle in. Our full schedule is under SCHEDULE.

Q: What should I wear? What do I need to bring?

  • This is Scotland so come prepared for changing weather, rain, wind, possibly low temperatures. Waterproofs and clothes you can layer are advisable, along with sunscreen and hat. Inside it’s going to be cozy.

  • Yoga mat and props. Bring anything that you may need for your practice.

  • Photo ID for proof of age

  • Reusable water bottle. You can refill on site.

Q: Is there food?

A: SYC does not provide food however there is a restaurant and a bar at the venue. Additionally, we are in the heart of the city therefore you will be able to find a lot of yummy restaurants and cafes.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (apart of guide dogs).

Q: My mobility is reduced. How do I plan?

A: Please get in touch so that we can give advise. 

Q: What’s the minimum age?

A: You must be 16 or older to attend the Scottish Yoga Conference.
